This will allow for automated annual renewal if you have a PayPal account.  If you do not have a PayPal account, please renew your membership with the non-renewing family membership or please sign up with PayPal and return to this product.

You also agree to allow us to use photographs of you that may have been taken at any of our events including Folklorama.
