VEGETABLE GYOZA/PORK GYOZA CLASS

Japanese-style gyoza or dumplings are filled with a savoury mixture of ground pork, Chinese cabbage and other vegetables or just vegetables with Japanese flavours. A perfect appetizer to any meal.
Participants will learn how to prepare the filling and to properly close the gyoza. At the end of the class, you will get to eat your gyoza along with white rice, miso soup and dessert.

A home-style version of a Japanese rice omelette classic. A delicious savory chicken fried rice covered with an egg omelette and dressed with kewpie mayonnaise and ketchup. This is a heart-friendly version limiting fat and cholesterol, that can be enjoyed anytime you have leftover rice.
Served with a side dish of green beans in a black sesame sauce and dessert.
