Learn how to put on a Te-maki party at home. Add some home made pickles for a delicious finish to your meal. Te-maki is a hand held cone sushi with various fillings.

Delicious chicken karaage accompanied with rice and shredded cabbage make for a comfort style meal. Chicken karaage – chicken pieces battered and fried but also tender and moist
